How do I choose the right size?

Check the measurements, sizing information and available variants on each product page. Compare them with the measurements of a garment that fits you. Contact our team before ordering if you have questions.

What is your return policy?

Our refund policy provides a 30-day period after receipt to request a return, subject to its conditions and your legal rights. Items must generally be in their original, unused condition with tags and proof of purchase. Before shipping anything back, email support@velyorapremium.com with your order number to obtain instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send returns before receiving this information. See our refund policy.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery estimates vary by item, product availability, shipping partner and destination. Orders containing several items may ship separately. Check the information provided at purchase and dispatch.
